Based in Germany, N9NE FIV5 is a brand representation and consultancy built around one thing: connecting the brands that shape watersports with the shops, schools and riders who live it.
Germany is our home market and where we focus first – one of Europe's largest and most competitive watersports markets, and one that ambitious brands are actively looking to enter. This is where we start. From here, our network extends across Europe.
We represent a curated selection of innovative manufacturers in hydrofoil, wing, kite and surf – brands that push boundaries and build with purpose. Our job is to get their products where they belong: into the hands of riders.
But N9NE FIV5 is more than a sales channel. We work closely with our partners on market strategy, positioning and growth – translating real feedback from shops and riders into actionable insights.

THE FOUNDER
N9NE FIV5 was founded by Yasha. Almost 20 years deep in watersports, 9+ of those working in the industry. After years on the water and behind the counter, he joined CORE Kiteboarding – one of the most recognized names in the sport – and spent years helping shape their sales strategy, eventually serving as Assistant Head of Sales. From opening new markets to building long-term retail partnerships, he's seen this industry from every angle.
The takeaway from all of it: the watersports market holds outstanding brands – established and emerging, from all around the world. Increasingly, for us that means Europe: supply chains that don't depend on the other side of the planet, tighter quality control, fair labor standards, and real progress on cleaner, low-waste production. N9NE FIV5 exists to bring those brands to more riders across the continent.
